Claims and Returns

Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt and before any leather is marked or cut. Returns require prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Up to a 75% restocking fee may apply. Deposits on confirmed orders are non-refundable. Custom and special orders are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Return Packaging and Shipping

Returned hides must be uncut, unmarked, and undamaged. Hides must be rolled and packaged as originally received. All returns ship via ground unless otherwise approved. Improperly returned shipments may incur additional charges or be refused.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. The parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, FL.
