Yes. Samples are available across Mercer Leathers collections, allowing you to review the color, texture, grain, and finish before selecting material for your project. We strongly recommend requesting a sample, especially when an exact color or finish is important.

Due to the natural state of these hides, size can vary as well as characteristics such as healed scars, insect marks and other signatures of nature. These markings add character and beauty to the leather and are not to be confused with damages. Natural color variations may occur even within the same dye lot.

Mercer Leathers typically uses UPS for both domestic and international orders unless the customer requests another carrier or a more cost-effective option is available. International orders are shipped under DAP terms. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, and local fees.

 Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and before any leather is marked, cut or altered. All returns require prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused. A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns. Deposits on confirmed orders are non-refundable. Custom and special orders are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed. Returned hides must be uncut, unmarked, and undamaged. Hides must be rolled and packaged as originally received. All returns ship via UPS ground unless otherwise approved. Improperly returned shipments may incur additional charges or be refused.
